Twenty One Twelve is a four piece Christian rock band from Alexandria,
La. The band uses their unique version of high energy rock to reach
the hearts of the lost, the broken and those who are tired of what the
mainstream has to offer. With all of the music being shoved in people's
faces today, Twenty One Twelve provides an alternative to those who are
tired of being torn down by what the popular music
world has to offer.
Twenty One Twelve has just ? nished recording an eight song, self-titled
EP with Grammy nominated, Dove Award winning artist Barry Blair.
The experience of working with a talent like Barry introduced the band
to a musical world that they had never before encountered. These
new musical revelations can be experienced through out every track of
their new ep. Whether it's the pounding guitars in "Cast Your
Stone"
or the melodious string arrangements in "Calling Out Again."
With songs like "Take My Sin Away" and "Give Me the
Strength" listeners are
reminded to take solace in and rely upon the grace, love and strength of
the Savior. While the song "Don't Just Stand There" reminds
everyone to take a stand and visibly show God's love through actions as
well as words. Also included on the EP, are two of the bands earlier
recordings," "Sel?ess" and "Rescue" which show
the band's unique musical beginnings, and also showcases how through
God's hand, they
have continued to grow and develop their musical ministry. Lyrically and
musically, there is certain to be something that everyone can relate
to on their new EP.
